the lineup

Games worth the download.

Five in the works right now. Each one's built for phones that matter here — small storage, patchy data, real Sheng.

🔠
HALF LETTERS
Half-letter word puzzle
IN CLOSED TESTING

Every letter is cut in half — you see only the top or the bottom. Read the fragments, work out the word, and clear the grid. Short words on easy, long ones on hard, and a fresh Daily puzzle for everyone each day. Free hints, offline play, English and Kiswahili, all on one thumb.

Why we're building it: word games usually assume fast data and a big screen. Half Letters loads instantly, plays with zero connection, and reads in both languages people actually think in here.

🧩
PATA ODD
Spot-the-odd-one-out puzzle
TESTING NOW

Four rounds, one twist each time — find the tile that doesn't belong before the timer runs out. Miss too many and it eases up. Nail a streak and it turns up the heat. The game's always reading you, so no two sessions feel quite the same.

Why we're building it: quick, replayable, and the kind of game you finish "just one more round" with on a matatu ride. Comes with Swahili and Sheng coaching baked in — no translation, built that way from round one.

🏃
KIMBIA
Rooftop chase
BUILDING 🔧

"Kimbia" means run — and that's the whole game. Sprint, dodge, and slide across a Nairobi rooftop skyline with someone right behind you and nowhere flat to land. One thumb, split-second calls, no second chances.

Why we're building it: the energy of parkour chase games, but with a skyline that actually looks like home.

🌰
BAO
Old-school Mancala
BUILDING 🔧

The seed-sowing board game generations of East Africans grew up playing, rebuilt properly for a touchscreen — real sowing rules, real strategy, no shortcuts taken to make it "casual."

Why we're building it: there's never really been a mobile version that gets the rules right. We're fixing that.

🎟️
BAHATI
Scratch & win idle
COOKING 🍳

Run your own scratch-card kiosk from your pocket. Scratch, stack winnings, cash out, repeat — a whole little KES economy with Sheng dialogue and zero chill.

Why we're building it: the scratch-card kiosk is a genuinely Kenyan ritual. Nobody's built the idle game version of it yet.
